Emma Raducanu reveals her biggest annoyance in life

British tennis star Emma Raducanu has revealed that she “can’t stand traffic” and it’s her biggest annoyance in life. “Traffic. I can not stand. When I drive, it’s my biggest annoyance in life,” Raducanu admitted to fashion and lifestyle magazine Harper’s Bazaar.

19-year-old Raducanu is one of the most talented and promising players on the WTA Tour. Emma Raducanu is the favorite of many to win multiple Grand Slams and one day become world No. 1.

If Raducanu weren’t a tennis player, she would likely be pursuing a career in finance. “I would say something in the financial sector that has always interested me very much. That would probably be my dream job if I wasn’t a tennis player because I really like numbers, math and travel,” said the 2021 US Open winner.

Raducanu had a slow start to 2022
Raducanu’s 2022 season includes a first-round loss in Sydney, a surprise second-round loss at the Australian Open to Danka Kovinic, and a first-round retirement in Guadalajara.

In a recent interview, tennis pundit Barry Cowan insisted that Raducanu’s slow start to the season is not a concern — at least for now. “We all have to be careful not to rush into action just because Emma loses a match, there’s so much tennis ahead of her,” Cowan told Sky Sports.

“But I will always say, and I use Emma Raducanu not just in that but in all of sport, if you lose sight of the ball, whoever you are, things can go wrong very quickly.

That’s why I say you have to be consistent in what you do and have a consistent team around you and when you have that and then you combine that with the talent and mentality that she has, you’re going to win tennis matches , and when you win tennis matches, you win titles.”
